Table format
When I create a table that covers a number of vertcal pages Word randomly
seems to create page breaks between rows so that I end up with big gaps in the document. Is there a way I can stop this? |

Table format
Check Table-Properties and make sure that "allow break across pages" is
checked. Otherwise Word will start a new page if all of the next cell won't fit on the previous page. Also check the paragraph menu to be sure that "page break before" and "keep with next" are NOT checked. "Cam6471" wrote in message ... Table format
Yes, check the box to allow rows to break across pages (Row tab of Table
Properties). Also see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFm...ksInTables.htm -- Suzanne S.
