Is there a way where i can disable the Ctrl A>Ctrl C in MS Word ?.
Hi ...
I am trying to publish a document via Email. I need to Disable the Copy paste feauture to make sure the matter is not duplicated.. Any Suggestions to make sure my data is not duplicated will be highly appreciated. Regards, Wilfred |

Hi Wilfred-
Copy/Cut & Paste is a feature of Windows and the programs, not your document. What you are looking to do is Protect the document. Got to ToolsProtect Document & click the option for Forms. Make sure to use a password or the recipient will be able to simply turn the protection Off. You might also want to look into using Adobe Acrobat to create PDFs rather that sending even protected copies of your Word docs. HTH |:) "Wilfred" wrote: Hi ... For best results and ease of use and compatibility, you should consider
