Default How to get File menu to display; it sent out of scope

I don't knw who did what on that laptop. Office 2003 is not showing
"File" menu option in the menu bar. How to fix it?

Right-click any toolbar. Select Customize. Select Menu Bar on the Toolbars
tab. Click Reset.
