In Word, how do I save topics into folders and subfolders?
I want to write in Word 2007 about a variety of subjects but keep them
separate and easily retrievable for editing. I would like to name the papers a unique name but Microsoft dissallows that name, saying that it isn't a valid web address. I didn't entend a website with this project; only an offline file. How do I get my words into accessable folders and subfolders and how can I name the file? I have XP Professional 2003. Thanks |

Hi,
What exactly are you trying to name these papers? Anything with a '/' or a '\' would be a bad idea as Word will try to interpret it as a path to a directory (or website). Stick with underscore '_' or dashes '-' and you should be fine... "Write Now" Write wrote in message ...
