Default Document properties

When you click on File Properties it lists information about the author.
In particular, there's the detailed data under the Statistics tab. Is there
anyway of hiding this so that when the document is sent to someone else it's
not visible?

Thanks

If you have Word 2003, check the box for "Remove personal information from
file properties on save" on the Security tab of Tools | Options. For earlier
versions, see the appropriate KB article about removing metadata.

Hi Paul,

In particular, there's the detailed data under the Statistics tab. Is there
anyway of hiding this so that when the document is sent to someone else it's
not visible?

In which version of Word will the document be edited?
