Display spelling grammar issue
Is it possible to save a Word 2000 document so that when anyone on my network
opens it that they do not automatically see the spelling grammar problems highlighted. I know that I can save a document and tick the options/spelling & grammar then tick the hide options, however, this will only affect the way I view Word documents. |

You can select the whole document, choose Tools | Language | Set
Language, click the "Do not check spelling or grammar" option and click OK. Alternatively, if you are using styles, you can set this option for the relevant style definitions. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "compo" wrote in message ... Thanks, I didn't think to look under this option.
