Default Display spelling grammar issue

Is it possible to save a Word 2000 document so that when anyone on my network
opens it that they do not automatically see the spelling grammar problems
highlighted. I know that I can save a document and tick the options/spelling
& grammar then tick the hide options, however, this will only affect the way
I view Word documents.

You can select the whole document, choose Tools | Language | Set
Language, click the "Do not check spelling or grammar" option and
click OK.

Alternatively, if you are using styles, you can set this option for
the relevant style definitions.

Thanks, I didn't think to look under this option.
