Formatting excel chart in word
I am trying to insert an excel file into a word document. I can cut and
paste the file, but when I paste into word, the excel chart is too wide for the document. How can I fix this so that the excel chart fits onto one page in the word document. I really just need a snapshot of this file, so it doesn't have to be linked or anything like that. |

Select the Excel chart in Word and go to (Word 2002/2003) Format Object (or Picture)/Size and choose the value of the right margin as "width" with the aspect ratio locked. Alternatively, if you dont need precise dimensions, you can use the mouse. Take one of the picture handles in the corner and drag it inwards to reduce its size. -- Henk57 |
