Default Creating a pdf of a large size document

I have a document that is 12.5 x 18.5 and I need to make a pdf of it at 100%.
I am going through the print window to create this pdf and no matter what I
do it comes out 8.5 x 11". I can work with this but it seems like there
should be a way to make the pdf at 100%. Any advice would be much
appreciated.

thanks
