Auto Fill Macros for Letters
I am trying to use the Macro option to fill in the same name in many
different places in my letter. How do I use this feature? Do I need to set up a data base? For Example: for the header of a letter I want to fill in my address information. Do I set up a business card that Word reads and automatcially fills in the correct information? Thanks for any help. |
