Caption with Cross Reference bug
If I have a page break BEFORE a caption, the next time the document opens the
cross reference (XREF) will have a page break AFTER it. It's like the XREF picks up the break as well as the caption title. Does anyone have a work around? This has been a problem with every version of Word I have used, including 2003. |

Caption with Cross Reference bug
If you inserted the page break after the cross-reference, you very likely
got it inside the bookmark for the cross-reference. You can try reinserting the cross-reference. In future, be careful to insert page or paragraph breaks by pressing Enter or Ctrl+Enter at the end of the paragraph before the caption rather than at the beginning of the caption. Or you can format the caption as "Page break before." -- Suzanne S.
