track changes
I have 2 docs the original doc has track changes modifications on a
paragraph. That same paraghaph is copied to another document, but when pasted the deleted words is also pasted on the second document. If the portion is deleted why is it still pasting over? Thank you in advance. |

Hi
To copy text to another document without copying the track changes, turn on Track Changes (ensure that TRK on the status bar is dark). Now copy and paste. To copy text to another document with the tracked changes, turn off Track Changes (ensure that TRK on the status bar is dimmed). Now copy and paste. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
