Select encoding to make your document readable.
I have 2 people who are having this problem with every document in a specific
directory (D:\My Documents). One person had backed up the documents to a server. Both sets of documents have the same time/date stamp but the ones on the server open and the ones on the hard drive don't. Using the recover text from any document does not help. I also went through and tried all the available options and none of them worked either. What would cause all the documents in a directory to be corrupted? Is this a known issue with word? I am also having problems finding anything on Microsoft's site on this issue. Any information you can provide would be appreciated. |
