HOW DO I CHNGE TO WORD/TXT FORMAT TO FILL OUT A FORM ONINE?

I don't understand your question at all. What kind of form online? What
"text format"? Are you trying to upload a resume, perhaps, and you need
"Rich text format"? If so, File--Save as and change the files of type to
Rich Text Format (RTF).

THANK YOU ANN TROY,FOR TAKING TIME OUT TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTION. WLL I WAS
SENT AN E-MAIL FOR A JOB AND THEY ASKED ME TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION IN
WORD/TXT FORMAT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WORD/TXT FORMAT IS OR HOW I CAN GET MY
COMPUTER TO CONFIGURE TO IT.

Either your caps lock is broken or you are shouting at us - either needs
fixing!

What is required here is for you to open the document in Word, complete the
bits that need completing, then save it as plain text from the file save
dialog.
