I'm creating a project plan for distribution to project managers and have
embedded files that will need to be sent to clients.

Rather than having the project managers have to open the embedded files,
save them on their computers, then attatch them to a new e-mail message to
their client, is there a way to incorporate something into the Word project
plan which would automatically open a new email (Outlook) message from the
user with the files attatched?

The project manager would fill in the email address that the message was
going to.
