Hi all. I could not open my word file with several pc that are using office
2003 but could open it with other versions such as word 2000. When i open
with word 2003 i was prompt "word experience an error trying to open the
file. try these suggestions. *check the file permissions for the document or
drive. *make sure there is sufficient free memory and disk space. *open the
file with the test recovery converter." However i manage to open it on 1 pc
using office 2003. Is there any setting issue? I also tried to open the file
using "recover text from any file" under "files of type" and tried using
"open and repair" but to no avail. I tried reinstalling and repairing word as
well. I have also ensured that converters and filters are installed under
office shared features. How can i solve this? Thks in advance.
