When trying to open a word file from an email attachment or from a folder I
get a message that the *.dotx file is locked for editing by another user.
This is despite that my computer is the only one on on the network.

Thank you. I tried all that a few days ago but it makes no difference. My
workgroup templates folder is set to a network location. If I change the
location it works fine. But I need to have that location for everyone to be
able to access network files and templates.
