Inserting text into a linked text box
When I try inserting additional text into an existing linked text box, the
size of the text box does not change, but the text is inserted. How can I change the size of the linked text box without changing the size of all the other text boxes? |

Inserting text into a linked text box
Text box sizes are independent, even when linked. Changing the size of one
box has no effect on the sizes of other boxes (unless they're all selected at the same time). Select just the box you want to resize, and resize it. The other boxes' sizes will remain unchanged. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "mingthing" wrote in message ... Inserting text into a linked text box
Hi mingthing,
Have you seen a sizing handle??...drag it and you'll get the desired size you want. If it's not a grouped text box, then you could resize it individually. See if it helps.
