Default Formatted text pasting should continue with previous format after.

When I am typing in word (or composing in Outlook) and I need to paste in
text that is formated (and I want to keep that formatting) I almost ALWAYS
want to continue typing in the formatted text I was using before the paste,
but all formatting after the paste continues forward with the pasted format.

I realize that this is simply a matter of cursor position and the hidden
formatting tags, but I would suggest that the cursor be placed on the outside
of the pasted text formatting so when I spacebar and continue typing it is in
my previous format and if for some reason I want to continue typing in the
formatting of the pasted text I can do some other action (maybe the options
drop down that shows up at times) to continue typing in the pasted format.

I do this enough where it gets really annoying.
