Losing Formatting
I want to send a flyer to some friends but not as an attachment. When I mail
merge i lose all the formatting and the email looks like a mess. Any suggestions? -- Bret |

Losing Formatting
You have no control whatsoever over how a recipient will view your e-mail.
If you want it to appear as you sent it, then send a PDF format attachment. Otherwise create your flier in an html editor (though that doesn't ensure that the e-mail will be viewed in html format). The best you can do with Word is to prepare your flier in Web view.
