Pagination in Word 2003
I am creating a document and have set page number on but the system is not
numbering all the pages. It is only numbering page one and that is numbered whether I ask for it or not. I have tried it from Insert Page Numbers and from the Header Footer controls and it is not correctly numbering the pages. |

Pagination in Word 2003
Note that each Word section can have up to three different headers and
footers, namely if you have selected both "Different first page" and "Different odd and even" in File | Page Setup. In such a case you will have to add page numbers for each type of header (or footer): Activate the header/footer area, for example by clicking View | Header and Footer. Locate the header (footer) that you want and insert page number(s) as required, using the Insert Page Number button on the Header and Footer toolbar. Note that you can use the Show Next and Show Previous buttons on the Header and Footer toolbar to move between headers (footers). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Salesguy" wrote in message ...
