Default Convert A4 to 8 1/2 x 11?

We have a user who moved from Europe and brought all his documents with him.
Is there a way to globally change the paper size from A4 to 8 1/2 x 11,
without opening each document and changing each one?

W2K, Office 2002, printing thru a print server but I could print thru I.P.
and load different drivers if that would help.

Thanks,

RT

Default

Does this not happen automatically if you check the box for "Allow A4/Letter
paper resizing" on the Print tab of Tools | Options?
