Default How do I stop Word from installing every time I go to open it?

I have had to re-instal my Teachers & Students addition (2003) of Word &
Excel due to a comouter crash.
Each time I open either program it re-installs itself.
Has anybody go an easy fix for me?

In order for the installation to complete you need to have
Administrator privileges so make sure you have Administrator
privileges and allow the installation to complete.
