Permission (Restricted Access) of MS2003, can't respond to email.
tried to reply mail from craigslist...attemp FAILED.

under FILE...PERMISSION and remove the IRM. still didn't work

I'm not sure I follow your question. Are you saying you received a
document protected with IRM and you are unable to open it? If that's
the case then you don't have the necessary permission. If the email
attempt in the application failed then contact the sender using an
alternate means and request permission.
