Repeating field in a form (when users fill it in)
Hi!
I'm trying to create a form where users need to fill some information (a header and a small explanation below it). I cannot forsee how many of this blocks (header & explanation) will be needed. Is there a way to create just one that can be repeated as many times as needed? Thanks! Ruth |

In the template for the form, define the block as an AutoText entry
(http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...n/AutoText.htm) and create a toolbar button to insert that entry at the current position (http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...ToToolbar.htm). -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
