I am not quite sure that I understand your explanation correctly - but if I
do, I may be able to help you. Is the problem that Word opens with the e-mail
header pane displayed (i.e. €œTo€, €œCc€, €œSubject€, etc.)?

If this is the case, you can toggle off the e-mail header pane as follows:
Start Word. Select File Send to Mail Recipient or click the E-mail
button on the Standard toolbar. Both commands are toggle commands, i.e. they
can be used to toggle the e-mail header pane both on and off.

Note:
If the e-mail header pane is displayed in _all_ new documents you create,
your Normal.dot template has somehow been saved with this setting. You will
then need to locate and open Normal.dot, turn off the e-mail header pane and
save and close Normal.dot. For information about Normal.dot, see this article:

It might be that you are either clicking the E-mail button on the Standard
toolbar (unlikely) or inadvertently pressing Alt+D, M (which seems equally
unlikely). You might want to check Tools | Customize: Keyboard to see if
there is a keyboard shortcut assigned to FileSendMail (All Commands
category).
