Default Changing to current date.

Why does word 2007 insert the current date when a document is opened and how
do I stop this? I knew how to do it in Word 2003.

If you're referring to the updating of a DATE field in the document, the answer
is the same as for Word 2003: Open the field code, change DATE to CREATEDATE,
and press F9 to update the field.
