Default How do I drag a picture to another spot on the same page?

When attempting to drag my picture from the internet, it will not drag to the
place that I want it to.

Click on the picture to display the Picture toolbar. Click on the Text
Wrapping button (dog icon) and change the wrapping to anything other than In
Line With Text.

If 'from the internet' means a web page displayed in your browser and you're
trying to drag to a Word document: right click the graphic and save it. Then
import the saved image to your Word document. (Don't forget that ANY graphic
on a website is copyright.)
