Default "The disk is full trying to write to c:" What does it mean?

I try to move a text from internet to word and I get a message saying "The
disk is full trying to write on c:" My c: drive has 8GB free space. What is
going on?

Also, is it possible to underline more than one part of a text and copy and
paste it in only one step?
Thanks kindly.
