How do I keep the body of a mail merge letter from shifting up/dn
How can I keep the body of a mail merge document from shifting up or down if
the address block switches from a 3 line address to a 4 line address? Any codes for hard stops or fixed field placement? Thanks. |

How do I keep the body of a mail merge letter from shifting up/dn
One simple way would be to put the address fields inside a borderless table
with a fixed row height.
