Default field 'member name'

Have a doc with several fields 2 of which are linked. The fields are all
bookmarks. Problem is when I go to print I get a small window asking for a
'member name'. Cancel or enter gets a proper printing. So its been long
enough that I forgot how I made that doc. Anyone got any ideas what that
window is all about? TIA

Hi mmaphq,

Your document probably has either a FILLIN or ASK field. That field is updating because you have the 'update fields' option checked
under Tools|Options|Print. You can find the field in your document by pressing Alt-F9 to reveal the field coding. Be careful about
deleting the field if there are cross-references to it.
