As part of the document control process, we use track changes, and have done
so for several versions of Word, we have been using to track when a comment
is changed, as well as the main document.

However now we are upgrading to Word 2003, we are finding that we cannot
track changes to comments, but can still track changes to the main document,
is there a way of turning on tracking for the comments, in 2003.
