In Word 2007 default List styles are availble in 9 levels. Is it possible
for additional levels (Levels 10 onwards) to be added?

There is no built-in way. The trick described in the following thread (in
the microsoft.public.word.numbering newsgroup) using STYLEREF and LISTNUM
fields should work (but I haven't actually tested it in Word 2007):
