How can I add lots of medical terms to the dictionary in MS word? (free)

Word will let you add 65,593 bytes worth of words (medical terms
or any other words of your choosing) to your custom dictionary
(free). Word will let you create multiple custom dictionaries if
you have more words than are allowed in one custom dictionary
(free).

Try http://www.free-medical-dictionary.com/ (disclaimer: I found it on
Google, and I know nothing more about it than what you see on that
page). It appears to be separate software, not a dictionary of the
kind used by Word's spell-checker. If it includes a plain-text file of
words, though, you should be able to copy/paste them into your custom
dictionary.
