Shading in table
Hi, I "inherited" a table that has light blue shading on every other row. I
wanted to remove the shading. I tried everything inside the Table properties/border & shading, fill, highlight, Format/borders shading, absolutely nothing worked. I had reveal formatting on and it showed the properties of cell and paragraph to be clear (even though it wasn't). In desperation I converted the table to text. At that point, I could remove the shading using Format/Borders & Shading. Was there any other way to remove the shading from the table? Anyway, maybe this post will help someone else. This is in Word 2003. |

Shading in table
Try changing the table style to Table Normal (or just modify the current
table style not to have alternate row shading). -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "Karin" wrote in message ...
