Default TOC puts the Chapter title in the previous section.

I have Chapter titles to an 8 chapter document. When I insert the TOC it
always puts the Chapter is the previous section. How do I get it to show in
correct section? It hyperlinks correctly, but the displayed page, which
includes the Section and Page is incorrect. Can anyone help?

Are any of these headings in frames or tables?

They are all preceded by a section page (next page) break.

I'm not sure how the formatting affects section breaks; manual page breaks
inherit the style of the following paragraph, and this frequently causes
problems in TOCs. Can you send a small sample of the problem doc to me by
email?

You should be able to get it by clicking somewhere in the Web interface (I'd
tell you exactly where, but I'm not familiar with the Web portal because I
use OE as a newsreader, and in OE all email addresses are plainly
displayed). Anyway, its .
