How can I get Word 2003 to look at my contacts in Outlook
In Word 97 I could address a single envelope by using Tools and Envelopes
which would show all of my Outlook contacts. When I upgraded to Office 2003 Word can no longer see the Outlook contacts file. Word tells me the file has been moved or deleted, but the contacts are still in Outlook. |

How can I get Word 2003 to look at my contacts in Outlook
Assuming that Outlook is your default e-mail application (it won't work
unless it is), then from Outlook tools e-mail accounts view or change address books. Delete the Outlook address book. (This will not delete your contacts) Add the Outlook Address book again and make sure that the contacts list property is set to 'show as an e-mail address book'. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Fred R. wrote: In Word 97 I could address a single envelope by using Tools and Envelopes which would show all of my Outlook contacts.
