Default Formatting changes when I copy and paste into Word

It hasn't always been this way, but lately when I copy from Outlook and then
paste into Word, the font changes from the black that was visible on Outlook
to yellow in Word. What is going on?

You can try Paste Special Unformatted Text, which will paste the text with
the formatting of the position of the cursor, i.e. it doesn't import any
formatting, but takes on the formatting in Word.
