Default how to make the table of contents skip the frontpage?

I want page number to start at the first page after the table of contents.

You'll need a section break. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumbering.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...rontMatter.htm. Note that you
don't need to unlink headers/footers to change the format of the numbering
or restart it, but you do if you want to omit numbering from a section
(leave the header/footer blank).
