Default Footer styles in 2K7

When beta 2 was first released I recall being able to insert a footer and
choose a style for it, therefore acually getting a funky footer immediately
and not just normal text. I can't find anything other than making a blank
footer in the technical refresh???

On my B2TR issues page, follow the steps under Everyone for Building
Blocks.dotx. Does that resolve the issue?
