Aligning selected text
Hi,
I'm trying to align selected text on a word document. Normally in Word 2003 I would select the text that I want to center, then hit the center alignment button. Now with 2007 when doing so it applies to the whole page. This is frustrating as I only need one line to be centered on this page. |

Aligning selected text
Centering is a paragraph format - it applies to all lines on a paragraph. To
center just one line, put it in a separate paragraph. To see where paragraphs end, turn on display of formatting characters (Office button, Word Options, Display in 2007; Tools, Options, View in earlier versions). -- TedMi |
