Default Index and concordance

I've created a concordance file and have inserted the information into my
document. However all occurances of the field show up. Let me show you.

Concordance file
TG 1 TG 001
TG 2 TG 002
TG 3 TG 003
TG 4 TG 004
TG 5 TG 005
TG 6 TG 006
TG 7 TG 007
TG 8 TG 008
TG 9 TG 009
TG 10 TG 010

However when I generate the index all pages with TG 1 (including TG 10, TG
11, TG 100, etc) show up with page numbers. How do I tell it to just select
the items EXACTLY as typed... not including additional characters after. See
below...

TG 001 11, 13, 14, 15, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45
TG 002 11, 15, 16, 17
TG 003 11, 17, 18, 19
TG 004 11, 19
TG 005 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25
TG 006 12, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26
TG 007 12, 26, 27
TG 008 12, 27, 28
TG 009 13, 28, 29, 30

Thanks...
