My document map displays headers (from the "front matter" section in my book)
and then there is nothing. If I scroll through usng the thumb it starts
showing the headers from the following section too and I can even click and
go to their target. When I come back to beginning of the book the problem
reappears. Now the lower part of the display (after section 1) in the
document map window has not been updated. It is either empty or has old
pixels from previous display of any overlapping window.

There were some spaces with Style (Title) which had "page break before" in
the midst of the line and this was causing the "Gap" in the Document Map. It
is resolved.
