How do I combine text boxes of scanned document together to allow.
When I scan a document and use OCR the text comes out in separate boxes,
making it difficult to insert text between them. Can I merge all the boxes into a single document? Thanks |

Your OCR software may give you an option to scan with or without frames. If
you scan without frames, you'll find the text easier to edit. -- Suzanne S. If the OCR only formats using frames (or worse still text boxes) you would
be better using its plain text option and formatting the document from scratch. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Suzanne S.
