Is there a way to do a mail merge to a new document, and specify the
template the new document (the one with the merged letters) should be based
on?

For example, if I use the merge wizard & start from an existing template,
then merge to a new document, the new document is based on Normal.dot, not
the template I started from.

I want to provide a simple custom toolbar for the merged document, but don't
want to put the toolbar in normal.dot.
