Twice, now, documents saved on Word for Mac in Notebook Layout View have
failed to open out of nowhere, and I am now unable to access the files or
their contents. The Microsoft Error Reporting window that comes up says,

"Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. ..."
It then goes on to say if you were in the middle of something, it will be
lost, it gives me the option of "Recover my work and restart Microsoft Word".

I press Send or Don't Send, doesn't really matter, but when it opens it
opens to a blank Print Layout page, with none of my information there. It
just seems odd that this would happen when simply trying to open the file.

I'm wondering if this is common and if there is any way to get around it.
this is the only thing on my computer that ever has problems, and it happens
again and again, even after rebooting, etc.
