Default How do I retrieve backup file by date and time?

I wrote a word document, and it was closed out without saving. I have the
auto save feature on. At the time I didn't think I could retrieve unsaved
data, so I started writing the document over, and have saved since. Is there
a way to retrieve the data by date and time so I don't have to continue
re-typing the document?

There is no "auto save" feature. See
