Default Positioning to a specific page in a Word doc when opening in a bro

I am trying to open a word document in a browser and position to a specific
page, for instance, page 4 of an 8 page document. Other programs like PDF
allow you to position to a specific page using the #page=4 option. Does Word
have a similar capability?

Thanks.
