Selected Printer over riding Default Printer
I have a user working in Word that is selecting a network color printer for a
document. Unfortunately, the setting is sticking, even if the user closes out all instances of the Word application completely. The Default Printer is not changing in the OS, but is not being applied to Word upon opening a new instance. This occurs with any selection, not just the color printer in question. Is there some registry or other setting that fixes this? All advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. (originally posted in Office General list) |
