Title Forename Surname
Hello,
When doing a mail merge of an address the first line of merge fields are 'Title Forename Surname'. When 'Title' is blank it just prints a space and then prints the Forename and Surname. Is there a way to avoid a blank space and shuffle the Forename and Surname along but if the next record has a Title for it to show it? With thanks. |
