MAKE LABELS FROM EXCEL DATA SHEET
I cannot seem to get all the labels from an excel data sheet to print on the
labels. When I try to do this it only shows the first page of at least three pages from the data base |

What you are doing is displaying the merge on your screen, not performing
the merge. To perform the merge you need to either merge to a new document or to your printer. While it is on your screen, though, you can scroll through the records using the mailmerge toolbar to bring up the other pages, I think. See http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebre....htm#mailmerge for mailmerge links. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
